Our team, led by engineer Velizar Aćimović, has designed and executed dozens of complex facilities across the Russian Federation and the CIS, proving time and again that extremely complex tasks can be accomplished within agreed deadlines.

Over four decades of construction leadership across Russia, Central Asia, Africa and the Balkans. Velizar led Energoprojekt's operations in the Russian Federation and CIS before founding ProjektStrojServis in 2008 — a design & build company employing 750 workers — and GEFEST.
